Terms and Conditions:

If an accepted applicant is unable to attend, all but a $50 processing fee is refundable if notification is made to RejuvenateMyFace at least 30 days before the beginning of the program. After that time, the full tuition is non- refundable but may be applied to a future class.

In submitting this application you acknowledge that you agree to these

conditions. Our classes present work that is both deep and gentle. While you are learning information and skills, you may experience personal shifts and transformation as you receive and learn the work.

We require that you be familiar with your own process and have outside resources and support available to help you work through any material that may arise during this work. In signing this application you acknowledge that you have this support available.
